    Bangalore, Mar 18 (PTI) Karnataka Government today announced a project
    by which it would provide funds to those villages which remain free
    from conflict, trouble and fights….
    Villages need to adhere to certain conditions to be eligible to get
    encouragement fund under the project. They include: there should be
    cordial atmosphere; villages should sort out problems themselves
    through talks without giving room for conflicts, demonstrate unity by
    maintaining peace and order and arrive at consensus during elections
